Moving from Trigify
Trigify's standalone platform shut down on 22 October 2026 after its team joined HubSpot, and accounts did not move to HubSpot. Here is how to carry on with ReadyBuyerFinder:
- Keep your exports. If you still have exports of your saved searches' engagers or leads (CSV), keep them.
- Create a free ReadyBuyerFinder account and an agent. Put your Trigify keywords and competitor names into Keyword mentions.
- Import the CSV under Import → Post engagement and pick the agent. Every row with a company or website becomes an engagement signal.
- Connect your sequencer. Trigify pushed to HeyReach, Smartlead, lemlist and others. Use the Webhook integration for those today. OutreachSender and ReachDak connect natively.
What you gain:
- email finding and verification
- AI messages with a fact-check
- funding, hiring and leadership signals
- no subscription and no credits to count: ReadyBuyerFinder is free, and paid data services cost only what they cost us, if you switch them on
What is different: we don't scrape LinkedIn post engagers. Bring them in by CSV, or from ReachDak.
Columns we recognise
No manual mapping is needed for the usual export columns. Names are matched without regard to case or punctuation, so "LinkedIn Profile URL" and linkedin_profile_url both work:
| Field | Column names |
|---|---|
| Person | Prospect Name, Full Name, Name, First Name + Last Name |
| Title | Job Title, Title, Headline, Position |
| Company | Company Name, Company, Current Company |
| Website | Company Website, Website, Domain |
| LinkedIn Profile URL, Profile URL, Profile Link | |
| What happened | Engagement Type, Interaction Type, Reaction Type, Activity |
| Post | Post URL, Post Link |
| When | Engagement Date, Date, Engaged At |
A file with an engagement-type column and a post column is labelled "imported from Trigify". We built this from Trigify's export layout as described publicly; if your file's columns differ, send us the header row and we'll add them.
