Refunds and cancellation

• Free to use: ReadyBuyerFinder has no subscription and needs no card. There is nothing to cancel.
• At-cost usage: You pay only if you turn on "Use Surge's provider keys", and only what the paid third-party services you used cost us. Turn the switch off any time from Billing; no new usage is recorded after that.
• Refunds: If you were charged in error, for example for usage you did not make or a payment taken twice, write to [email protected] within 14 days and we will refund the amount charged in error. We do not otherwise refund usage that was recorded and paid, because we have already paid the provider for it, except where the law requires it.
• Refund timing: Razorpay refunds reach your account in 5–7 working days. Stripe refunds take 5–10 business days.
