Hiring signals: companies hiring for the roles you sell to

ReadyBuyerFinder is free; you pay third-party costs at cost. A company hiring its first SDR, a RevOps lead or a support team is telling you what it is about to need. ReadyBuyerFinder checks public job boards for the job-title words you choose and turns each matching post into a hiring signal with a link to the post.

Where the data comes from

SourceWhat we use
Greenhouse, Lever and AshbyThe public job-board endpoints these applicant-tracking systems publish for companies' own careers pages.
Hiring newsHeadlines such as "plans to hire 50 people" from the same news feeds used for funding.
TheirStack (optional)More job postings, with your own TheirStack key or Surge's key at cost.

What counts

  • A job post whose title contains one of your job-title words, for example "sales development" or "RevOps". With no job-title words set, the job-board check doesn't run.
  • Job boards are checked for the companies on the agent's watchlist. Every company an agent finds through another signal is added automatically, up to 200, and you can paste target accounts or import a CSV.
  • Hiring news about a company that fits your ICP, after the AI noise filter.

Agent setting: Job-title words, e.g. sales development, RevOps.

How it is scored

  • A fresh signal of this type adds 14 intent points by default (intent is capped at 40).
  • Points halve every 14 days: about 7 points after 14 days.
  • A second signal of the same type adds a quarter of its points.
  • Intent is added to fit (industry, size, location, technology, keywords, persona). You can change every weight on your ICP.

How scoring works

What we don't use

  • LinkedIn Jobs and Naukri are never crawled: their terms forbid it.
  • Job sites whose robots.txt or terms forbid automated access.
