Terms of service

Last updated 24 October 2026.

These terms are between you and Surge Software Solutions Private Limited ("we"), which provides ReadyBuyerFinder.

1. The service. ReadyBuyerFinder finds companies and people showing buying signals, enriches and scores them, and drafts messages. You decide whom to contact and send messages through your own tools.
2. Your responsibilities. You will use ReadyBuyerFinder lawfully, including the anti-spam and data-protection laws that apply to you, such as CAN-SPAM, GDPR and India's DPDP Act. You will:
3. upload only data you have the right to use
4. honour opt-outs
5. not use ReadyBuyerFinder to contact consumers for purposes they did not expect
6. Data sources. We use public, licensed or customer-provided data. We do not scrape LinkedIn, or any other site, in breach of its terms, and you may not ask us to.
7. Price and payment. ReadyBuyerFinder is free to use, within the fair-use limits shown on the pricing page. If you turn on "Use Surge's provider keys", you agree to pay what the paid third-party services you use cost us, at cost and without markup, as recorded on your Billing page. Calls made with your own keys are not charged by us. Unused limits do not roll over. If we introduce paid plans, we will tell you before they apply to you.
8. Cancellation and refunds. See refunds and cancellation.
9. AI output. Drafts are suggestions. Review them before sending; you are responsible for what you send.
10. Availability. We aim for high availability, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service during the early-access period.
11. Liability. To the extent the law allows, our total liability is limited to the amounts you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.
12. Law. These terms are governed by Indian law, and the courts of Bengaluru have jurisdiction.
