Getting started

ReadyBuyerFinder runs AI agents that watch public buying signals, keep the companies that fit your ideal customer profile (ICP), find the right person, verify their email and write a first message that only uses real facts. You review the lead and push it to your sequencer or CRM.

Five-minute setup

1. Sign in with your work email. We send a 6-digit code; there are no passwords.
2. Paste your website. The AI reads it and proposes your ICP: what you sell, industries, company size, countries, buyer titles, competitors and the words buyers use. Change anything.
3. Pick signals for your first agent: funding rounds, hiring for certain roles, new leaders, tech-stack changes, website visitors, keyword mentions, company news, imported post engagement, or a custom signal in plain English.
4. Choose where leads go: OutreachSender, ReachDak, a CRM (HubSpot, Pipedrive, Salesforce, Attio, Zoho CRM), another sequencer (Instantly, Smartlead, lemlist, HeyReach), a webhook, and Slack, Telegram or WhatsApp for alerts (all integrations). You can skip this and add it later.
5. Run the agent. After that it runs every 6 hours. New leads appear in Leads.

Review mode and auto mode

New agents start in review mode: every lead waits for you to approve it, edit the message or skip it. When you trust an agent, switch it to auto mode. Auto mode only pushes leads whose email is verified and whose message passed the fact-check; everything else still waits for you.

ReadyBuyerFinder is free, with every feature and no card. Fair-use limits apply (up to 15 agents and 10,000 new leads a month by default). You pay only what paid third-party services cost us, at cost, and only if you turn on Use Surge's provider keys on the Billing page. See pricing, usage and billing.

Sample data

In the live demo, and in workspaces switched to sample mode, you see sample companies. They use the reserved .example domain and can never be contacted.
